The thought behind the series-change is to find a way to recruit folks who have the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to create and deliver interpretive programs and products.     We’re getting closer to having a strategy document we can share with everyone. On our Interpretive sub-team call today we divided up our first draft for rewrites and will discuss it again next week, trying to knit it together for review by our whole team and refuge leadership.     Anne Marie – do you have any certifications or experience wtih NAI (CIT, CIG, etc) or Eppley already?

      With NAI currently, but I’m not very active. I’ve been to the NAI conference and presented at a couple NAAEE conferences in my day. I just know they have tremendous development potential, esp for our younger visitor services folk.
